1)Before purchasing a ticket you MUST have updated information in FinalForms and your school fees must be paid

2)Must be academically eligible, meaning you are not on the ineligible list for this quarter

3)Students must arrive by 9:30 pm for admittance to the Newport Syndicate.

4)Students attending the Prom must meet all requirements on pages 15 and 16 of the student handbook, which has been sent digitally to all parents and students and is available on FinalForms and the school website.

5) Students bringing any guest (meaning someone who is not a Batavia Junior or Senior) must have a guest form on file with Ms. Anstaett
